sisterhood: recruitment style - part three

This post includes a Friday's Fancies, meaning that I was supposed to post this yesterday.  I don't even remember falling asleep last night, which is the reason this didn't go up {guess I was tired, huh?}.  I wanted to include this though because there was a "choose your own theme" week so I took this as an opportunity to put together an outfit for the most important round of recruitment- preference round.

Pref. round is the day where you are invited to just three houses, one of which you could become a sister of.  During the round, you'll speak to just one girl and be part of a ceremony that holds a lot of meaning for all sisters, especially seniors.  Most houses require sisters to wear a black dress and black heels, but I think this look works well for girls going through rush as well.  An easy way to add your own flair is to choose jewelry and accessories that add a little color, keep the look classic, or maybe even add rockstar glam.  Whatever you choose, this is the round where you'll see all girls, sisters and potential new members, looking their best.

Did you notice all the BaubleBar pieces?  I signed up for this a few months ago but just browsed through their site a few days ago.  I have no idea why it took me so long because I love everything they have!  If you haven't yet, you can sign up here to get in on all of the great looks and deals.

Good luck to all the girls going through recruitment these next two weekends!  And good luck to all the houses and sisters as well!  Have fun everyone!  Go Gamma Phi!
