sleep well

I've always struggled with going to bed at an early hour. It got so bad this past year that I wouldn't even fall asleep until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning, and you can only imagine that it didn't bode well for work that day. Lately, I've started drinking tea, specifically Sleepytime Tea, and it has helped immensely.

So for all of you who have trouble sleeping to or just want a good night's rest, these tips are for you!

Besides my new affinity for drinking tea, I've noticed that turning off my TV and not checking my computer or phone {still working on these!} while in bed help in falling asleep faster and easier. And probably the most important thing to remember? Relax. It's so easy to get into bed and start thinking of things that went on during the day or what you need to do tomorrow, but clearing your mind and not worrying over those things will help in getting a good night's rest.
