Sprinkles and Style || Caramel Apple Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

What do you do with leftover Halloween candy? Make caramel apple peanut butter cup blondies of course!

{Also, sorry about the iPhone pictures! I forgot to bring my camera home with me.}

Caramel Apple Peanut Butter Cup Blondies
{adapted from Everyday Food}
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped and diced
6 Milky Way Simply Caramels, chopped and diced
1 apple, peeled and diced

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt the butter and then, in a large bowl, mix with the sugars until smooth.
3. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
4. Stir in flour and salt.
5. Chop the peanut butter cups and chocolate caramel candies into bite-size pieces. Peel the apple {I used Honeycrisp} and chop into bite-size pieces.
6. Stir in the apples, peanut butter cups, and chocolate caramels.
7. Spray your pan {I used an 8x8} with cooking/baking spray and line with parchment paper with a two-inch overhang. Spray the paper with cooking/baking spray.
8. Bake for 30-48 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool on a cooling rack.
9. ENJOY!

These were honestly so good. I had to stop myself from eating more than one! And it's a great way to use up some of that leftover candy... in case you haven't eaten it all yet.
