healthy dishes

One of my goals for 2014 is to develop a healthier lifestyle. I'm not saying that I was completely unhealthy before, but I probably indulged a little too much and didn't exercise enough. I'm planning on stepping up my workout game and trying out new healthy recipes.

These are some that I've tried and love and others that I found and have added to my 'to make' list.

Don't they all looks delicious? Both salads are my go-tos when I don't know what to make for myself at dinner time. I'm already a fan of overnight oats so this Chia Charger would be right up my alley. And turkey chili? That would be perfect to dig into during this polar vortex!

PS. I know that a lot of these recipes came from Eat Yourself Skinny. I couldn't help it. It's my favorite blog to check for lightened up recipes!
